Items purchased on sale/discount will not be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased from the online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores and vice versa.
Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The original invoice is required for any exchange within 8 days of purchase.
Claims for damaged or wrongly delivered items must be submitted within 3-5 days of delivery with photographic proof.
Once the return is received and evaluated, a replacement or coupon will be issued.
Requests for replacement due to change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
