Return/Exchange Policy:

Products can only be returned or exchanged if found damaged upon receipt or if they do not match your specifications.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@mitochon.co.uk with photographic evidence of the damage and a picture of the invoice.
Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be facilitated.
No product/item ordered online can be exchanged at any of mitochon’s retail stores.
In case of a defect, mitochon will arrange for the defective item to be picked up. Photographic evidence of the product received, the invoice, and the courier's airway bill will be required via email.
The product must be returned in the same packaging for the exchange process to proceed smoothly. Any additional handling charges will be borne by the customer.
